I arrived in Brisbane and I was so surprised that it was so hot and I was sweating. The temperature was 32 degrees. I was so nervous to meet my host family because I didn't know even their face. I also met my house mate from Ecuador. They took me Indooroopilly shopping centre and bought my mobile phone and go card.
March 23
It was my first day at UQ. I walked to the railway station to take a train and then I took a bus to get to UQ. I'm not good at directions so I was going to get lost on the way but people helped me at the station. When I got to UQ, I was surprised by how large that university was.
I met friends from other countries in the orientation. I joined a bus tour to go to Mount Coot-tha. The view was very beautiful and I think it will be my favourite place in Brisbane.
March 24
My study at ICTE started on this day. I was so happy to have a nice teacher and classmates.
March 29
I went to the city with my new friends for the first time in the morning.
In the afternoon, I met my host family's 8 months grand child. He was a little bit cheeky but so cute.
April 4
My friends came to my house to stay over night because my host parents was in New South Wales and we cook Japanese food for dinner and watched many films. We slept on the sofa because there weren't enough bed to sleep.
April 5
I went to South Bank with my friends and we took City Cat to get there.
It was a beautiful sunny day. I love the clear sky in this city.
When got home, my host parents gave me many Easter chocolates. They were very big Easter egg and bunny chocolates.
April 10
I had lunch in South Bank with my friends after school. We went to Queensland art garally. There was a huge room called '' Yayoi Kusama Obliteration Room'' with white furniture, which people are invited to "obliterate" with rainbow colored dots. It was design by Japanese lady. It was so fun we took many photographs and really enjoyed there.
April 17
I went to Brisbene Twilight Market with my friends. There were my many stalls.
I've notice that the streets are busy and crowded and also there are many music performances especially on Friday night in this city.
April 22nd
I had speaking test today. I was nervous because I didn't know who was my partner and when was my turn.
I had Thai food for dinner with my friends. It was tasty but a little bit spicy.

A quick language note: Your vocabulary and grammar use is very good (especially your tenses)! Just a quick correction on this part: "My friends came to my house to stay over night because my host parents was in New South Wales and we cook Japanese food for dinner and watched many films. We slept on the sofa because there weren't enough bed to sleep." This should be my host parents were in..., we cooked...there weren't enough beds to sleep".
